How do I create an account?

Download AI M0V1E from Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). Scan the QR code on m0v1e.ai/download or use the store links on the homepage. You can sign up with your email, Google account, or Apple ID.

How do episodes and series work?

Series are organized into episodes that play in order. Episodes 1–7 are always free to watch. Episodes 8 and beyond require a D3LUXE membership or credits to unlock.

What are D3LUXE membership tiers?

We offer Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers. Each tier unlocks more content and features. Silver and above unlocks all locked episodes. Silver, Gold, and Platinum (D3LUXE) receive priority-queue support on in-app tickets. You can manage your subscription in the app under Profile > Membership.

How do credits work?

Credits let you unlock individual episodes without a subscription. The credit cost depends on episode duration: 1 credit for short, 5 for medium, and 10 for long episodes. You can purchase credits in the Credits Wallet.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We use Supabase for secure authentication with industry-standard encryption. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What devices are supported?

AI M0V1E is available on iOS (15.1+) and Android (7.0+). Our web experience at m0v1e.ai lets you browse content and access support from any browser.

Can I upload my own AI-generated content?

Yes! Creators can upload videos and series through the Upload tab. Series episodes must be uploaded in numerical order. All uploads go through content moderation to ensure community guideline compliance.

What does D3LUXE dedicated support mean?

Silver, Gold, and Platinum members get dedicated support through a priority queue: in-app support tickets are tagged with your tier and triaged with high priority. The same email and Help channels are available to everyone; when volume is high, D3LUXE tickets are handled first.
