Account & data deletion

AI M0V1E (the streaming app listed on Google Play as AI M0V1E) — how to request deletion of your account and the data associated with it.

Want to delete some of your data but keep your account? See Request deletion of your data.

How to request account deletion

The fastest way to delete your account is in the app. Follow these steps:

  1. Open the AI M0V1E app and sign in to the account you want to remove.
  2. Go to Settings (from your profile).
  3. Find Delete My Account (or equivalent), read the warnings, and confirm when prompted.

After you confirm, your session will end and your account deletion request is processed. You will not be able to recover uploaded content after deletion; back up anything you need before confirming.

If you cannot use the app

Send an email to help@m0v1e.ai with the subject line Account deletion request. Include the email address or username associated with your AI M0V1E account so we can verify ownership. We may ask for additional information to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.

What we delete

When your account is deleted, we remove your profile and associated data tied to that account in our systems, including for example:

  • Your user profile and in-app identity (e.g. username/display information we store for your account)
  • Activity and app data linked to your user id (such as bookmarks, likes, and similar interactions)
  • Videos and media you uploaded as a creator, and related metadata, in accordance with our storage and retention practices
  • Device registrations and push notification tokens associated with your account
  • Credit balance and in-app purchase receipt records stored for your account, where applicable

What may be kept (and for how long)

Some information may be retained for a limited period or where the law requires, including:

  • Backups and technical recovery: Deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for a short time before it is overwritten.
  • Legal, tax, and fraud prevention: We may retain certain transaction, billing, or audit records as required for accounting, tax, chargeback, or legal obligations. These are kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.
  • Security and operations: We may retain limited logs (for example, security or error diagnostics) in aggregated or de-identified form.
  • Legal process: If we are required to preserve information in connection with legal process or an investigation, retention may be extended as described in our Privacy Policy.
