Request deletion of your data

This page applies to the AI M0V1E mobile app (Google Play listing: AI M0V1E). It explains how to request that some or all of your personal data is deleted.

Choose what applies to you

How to delete some of your data (without deleting your account)

You can remove certain data directly in the AI M0V1E app:

  1. Open the AI M0V1E app and sign in.
  2. Uploaded videos (creators): Go to your profile, find the video or episode, and use the delete option. Removing a video deletes that content and associated metadata from our platform for that item.
  3. Bookmarks and similar activity: Remove bookmarks (or equivalent saved items) from the video or watch list using the remove or unbookmark action where available.
  4. Advertising preferences: Go to Settings → Privacy & data (or equivalent) to manage targeted advertising preferences. This limits certain uses of data for ads; it is not the same as deleting all stored personal data.

How to delete all of your data (close your account)

To remove your account and the data associated with it, follow the dedicated steps on our account deletion page (in-app deletion or email). That process is the way to request deletion of all data tied to your account.

Request data deletion by email

If you cannot use the app, or you need a specific deletion (for example, a category of data not covered above), email help@m0v1e.ai with the subject line Data deletion request. Include the email address or username associated with your AI M0V1E account and describe what you want deleted (some data vs. full account closure). We may ask for information to verify your identity before processing.

What we delete vs. what may be kept

When you delete specific content or activity in the app, we remove that item from active use (for example, a deleted video or removed bookmark). Some residual copies may exist briefly in backups before they are purged.

When you delete your entire account, we remove your profile and data associated with that account as described on the account deletion page.

We may retain certain information where required by law or for legitimate business needs, for example:

  • Retention period: Deleted information may remain in encrypted backups for a short time before it is overwritten.
  • Transactions and legal: Billing, tax, fraud prevention, and audit records may be kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.
  • Security: We may retain limited logs in aggregated or de-identified form.
  • Legal process: We may preserve data when required by law or investigation, as described in our Privacy Policy.
